Please note it’s not hot water but a warm water. 2 glass of warm water will activate your internal organs, good for digestion, stomach, skin and muscles.
It is said that 2 glass of water daily in the morning will always keep you away from diseases and getting ill. It the best way of burning belly fat. Morning 2 glass of water burns fat easily and quickly.

▪ Yoga:

We all know she has become a yoga expert with her different and yoga exercises. Her interest on yoga arose when she has neck injury and doctors suggested her to do yoga, from there she started doing yoga under yoga teacher. Now, Shilpa Shetty herself has become a yoga expert. Yoga is a great thing to do in the morning because it will keep your min peaceful, increase your concentration, mind becomes very relax and peaceful. No exercise will have such a good improvement of mind as compared to yoga. It is also considered as religious ritual, but is really very helpful for maintain sugar level, blood pressure, digestive system etc.

We have noticed that she emphasises more on consuming vitamin C reached item. Vitamin is a good source for immunity system and protect from diseases. Many women skip their breakfast meal is the big drawback in their fitness.

▪ After breakfast 11:00 AM meal:

2 eggs with salad for Protein nutrients. Research and study done on women says that, they are highly lacking in protein nutrient. Hence it very important to consume protein nutrition which Shilpa Shetty has add up in her breakfast. Protein content in a women body is good for her child to whom she is going to give birth. Whatever nutrient mother consume reflects inside the child. Therefore, women in a day should consume at least 2 egg whites and a glass skim milk for protein rich source.

Shilpa Shetty workout routine For lunch she takes brown rice vegetables and chicken or a fish. Elaborating the above point as you all can see Shilpa’s diet consist more of protein. We have seen her having eggs and now even lunch she is adding 1 item of protein.

Shilpa Shetty tries to finish her dinner between 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm and she stops consuming anything after 8:00 pm. In dinner she has chapati vegetables and salad of carrot and cucumber. This habit is truly the most effective way of keeping yourself fit and away from obesity. When you finish your breakfast early and if you are sleeping at 10 or by 11 pm, you have enough time to digest that food. A proper digestive food inside body will only supply the required nutrition to you. Therefore, finish your dinner maximum by 9 pm.
