(1) 7 TO 8 HOURS OF SLEEP :

It is suggested by doctors and for healthy life one should sleep at least 7 to 8 hours in a day. There is a reason why to have at least 7 hours sleep in a day because your body muscles, cells, tissues and brain get exhausted with your daily busy schedule. Hence, it is necessary to give rest to all this body parts and organs to recover for the next day. If you have not completed your sleep properly in the next morning you will feel lethargic and stressful also you won't be able to concentrate on your work. Apart from this you will be more prone to harmful diseases and your brain will not corporate with your daily hard work and busy schedule.

(2) WAKING UP EARLY IN THE MORNING :


We have been taught in a school and also by the people from ancient time that one should wake up early in the morning for an healthy life. But, today you will see that people are waking up very late in the morning which is not beneficial for the fit and healthy lifestyle. Therefore, considering your busy life schedule you should make a routine and a habit that you should wake up early in the morning at least by six o'clock. As we all know that due to late night work and hectic schedule we are not able to wake up in the morning, for this you will have to train your body in such a way that, your body gets habitual everyday to wake up at 6 o'clock. Yes! exercise is considered as the best part to get fit and be healthy all the time. Skipping your exercise will make you lazy and you won't be able to concentrate on your work. Exercise releases your stress keeps you active and supports your fitness goal. You can do exercise in any form you wanted whether it's running, it's yoga, going to the gym or you have join a Zumba classes whatever you do but keep your body active and exercise prone all the time it's better to do an exercise rather than not doing it anything. But, please consider that spending lot of time in all of the above stuff will take you away from getting an healthy lifestyle. It's better to manage all this things and not sacrificing your sleep.
