(Step 1) WAKE UP IN THE MORNING : It is feasible and more effective to start your exercise in the morning. So, wake up early in the morning to start your day.

(Step 2) DRINK  WATER Mention in my previous article drinking water is very important when you wake up in the morning. So please drink at least 500 ml of water when you wake up in the morning and it has to be a warm water.


(Step 3) JOGGING AND RUNNING : Wear comfortable tracksuits and sport shoes select of visible location for your jogging. Don't just start running, initially start with walking and slowly increase your speed and do jogging at least for half an hour.
