Dear readers today we are going to talk about food which contain proteins but, it has to be vegetarian. Let me tell you that there are people around the world who are vegetarian that means, they don't eat non-veg they avoid eating meat and fish, so for those people what should be the source of protein that needs to be consumed to gain muscle because protein is the nutrient which helps to increase muscles. Today, I am going to share food items that are high in protein nutrients. I have met lot of people who get disappointed because they are vegetarian and they can't build muscle or they can't get to that fitness level what is achieved by a person who is eating non veg. But, let me tell you that even person who is a vegetarian can achieve the same body structure and same muscle quality what has been achieved by a non-vegetarian. There are a lot of body builders and fitness models who been building muscles through vegetarian diet. Before moving ahead let me just clear that this information is only of protein food, I am not talking about supplement which are totally different, we will discuss about supplements in my coming articles.
Vegetarian protein food :

(1) LEGUMES OR PULSES :

Soya beans
Soya chunk
Soya powder
Soya paneer

The above ingredients contains proteins but, you will not get complete protein from these ingredients for example from one soya chunk if you are in taking 50 grams of soya chunk you will get 25 grams of protein you'll also get fat and carbs as this is not a lean protein. In your diet 25 to 30 grams protein is safe from soya.

Dairy products are also rich source of protein but, again it is not a lean protein along with that you will get fat and carbohydrates. So in order to reduce the intake of saturated fats we will have to procure milk which is low fat milk, cheese which is a low fat cheese, paneer which is a low fat paneer. Readers please be careful when you are consuming dairy products it contains high saturated fats so you will have to maintain your protein level and consumption of dairy products. People who are  an athlete for their into advanced workout along with this ingredients they will have to add supplements.
