There are different steps that needs to be followed while drinking water. Drinking any time and any volume will not benefit body unless it was drunk on timely basis.

1) When you wake up in the morning clean your mouth with 1 glass of water through gaggle and then drink at least 2 glass of water of regular size. This will help to refresh you and also carry smooth digestion, then you can go to the washroom. You will see the effect in your body within a week.

2) It is always advisable to sit and then drinking water also recommended by doctors now a days. Scientific reason behind seating and drinking water, it maintain the liquid of your knee joints and doesn't wash it away. Human joints contain liquid that keeps the joints intact and maintains it strong. Standing and drinking water will wash away that liquid gradually and joint pain and knee pain will catch you during your old age. Hence, it is more feasible to sit and drinking not only water but any liquid form of edibles.

Now how to maintain this schedule of drinking water. In morning if you are taking your breakfast meal, keep only 3/4th glass of water and only sip during the time of breakfast. Once you are done than please wait for at least an hour to drink a full glass of water.

4) During your lunch drinking at least 1 glass before an hour to your lunch time, again the process during dinner will be same, you can only sip but can't drink. Drinking 2 glass of water after 1 hour of finishing your lunch. Now, you all must be wondering why not to drink too much of water during and immediately after break fast and lunch/dinner. The most important reason is when you drink water during and immediately after lunch or breakfast it will hinder the vitamins and minerals of the elements and also it will digest very slow. Drinking water immediately will accumulate the fat level towards you lower abs, buds and chicks. Drinking after and hour will maintain your stomach and leads to quick digestion. Here, control of water from immediate drinking is very much necessary. Same is the process that you guys have to follow during your  dinner. You will see that your stomach will remain flat all the time.

5) During night before sleep drink 2 glass of water again, keep in mind it has to be after 1 hour of your dinner. This will helps to maintain water level in your body even when you are having a sleep. Avoid drinking water during half of your sleep which means don't drinking  water by waking up in night around 2 to 5 and drinking water because, it will activate the functioning of your organs. It is proved that in night even organs of the body needs rest and they also sleep.
