You feel upset, as you can’t exercise as easily as you probably did once you were young. Don’t be disappointed this is not the time to give up your exercise routine. You have to always keep exercising. But you have to make certain changes in your exercise routine, as you get older.

I don’t want to do any of those atkins diets. I need some healthy and easy recipes for either breakfast/lunch/dinner. I want to lose weight in my stomach so any other suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

You need to follow a sensible diet. Start eating fruits and vegetables and lean protein.

There is an excellent show on the life-style channel, Cook Yourself Thin. They show you ways to vary your fave recipes to low fat, low calorie. It’s a really neat show.

Their idea is that you simply take your goal weight and multiply by 10. This number is your maximum daily calories.

You need to eat what’s called stuffing foods to not get hungry all the time. Things like apples and bananas are filling. Almost all sorts of beans, garbanzo, green, kidney, re-fried fat-free, beets, cauliflower are a number of the various filling veggies.

Avoid over-use of salt, you will retain water.

Drink water, and if you don’t love it plain try a touch squeezed lemon or lime in it. Drink at least 8 ozs before each meal.

You may also want to undertake switching from 3 meals each day and eating 4 or 5 lighter meals.

Losing weight requires a lifestyle change.
