How to have a healthy lifestyle with a busy program?

I really got to lose some weight and obtain myself in shape. I’m currently student teaching, working part time, teaching karate, and trying to remain active in my church. All of those activities leave me with little free time, so once I do have a moment to myself, the last item i would like to try to to is figure out, and I also rarely have time to cook up healthy foods.

HOW TO HAVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE WITH A BUSY PROGRAM | SCHEDULE | DAYA typical day on behalf of me is student teaching from 8:00 to 3:00. Then I either occupy school working for about an hour or go home to relax and/or grade papers. Then it’s off to karate, work, or night class, which I’m not through with til a minimum of 9:00.

I do karate twice every week , and one among the 2 days per week, it's nearly always a solid hour of vigorous exercise. Since I don’t have much time to offer up during the day, would I see any quite change in my health and energy if I walked about 2.5 – 3 miles each weekday morning? I’m really trying to chop down on nutriment, and that i pack my very own lunches to require to high school a day. I’ve switched to potato chips and typically attempt to eat carrots, celery, mandarin oranges, and/or pineapple chunks with my lunch every day, and that i drink fruit crush instead of pop.

Given my busy program, any suggestions on how I can work more activity and healthy eating into my lifestyle? Thanks!
