There’s the television, the computer, gaming console and even the portable video games which do not require children to use up energy and burn some of the calories they intake. As a result, their physical activities have become limited.
A child with limited activities will mostly become overweight.
Movement is very important to prevent obesity.
Keep fit keep moving because children will not take the initiative to exercise on their own. We must encourage them and also explain to them the reason why they should exercise.
We should set the example for our children. What they learn they will carry forward throughout their adult lives. Let make sure that we are teaching them by example to fit with exercising and movement.
